1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EasyInterior at easyinterior.co (the "Service"), operated by EasyInterior Co. ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EasyInterior. We may update these Terms from time to time — see Section 16 for details.

2. Description of Service

EasyInterior is an AI-powered design platform that allows users to upload photos and receive AI-generated redesigns. Our tools include:

• Interior Redesign — transform room photos into new design styles
• Exterior Redesign — visualize curb appeal changes
• Garden Redesign — reimagine outdoor and landscape spaces
• Video Room Tour — generate walkthrough videos of redesigned spaces
• Floor Plan Redesign — optimize floor plan layouts
• 3D Floor Plan — convert 2D plans into 3D visualizations

AI-generated results are created by third-party AI models and are provided for visualization and inspiration purposes. Results may vary in quality and accuracy.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use our Service. You can register with email/password or via Google OAuth. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account or credentials with others

3.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means:

• When you make a purchase, you enter into a purchase agreement with Paddle, not directly with EasyInterior
• Paddle processes all payments and handles payment disputes
• Paddle calculates and remits applicable sales tax/VAT
• Paddle issues all invoices and receipts
• Paddle provides customer service for all billing inquiries and handles returns

By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Paddle will calculate and add applicable sales tax/VAT at checkout based on your location. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change prices for your current plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.

5. Subscriptions and Renewals

This section contains important information about recurring charges. Please read it carefully.

5.1 Recurring Billing

Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel:

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price. You will be charged on the same day of the month (or year) as your original purchase date.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of these methods:

1. Account Settings: Go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
2. Paddle Support: Visit paddle.net
3. Email: Contact us at support@easyinterior.co

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period, except within the 14-day guarantee window.

5.4 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

6. Credits

6.1 Credit Allocation

• Free Credits: New users receive 2 free credits upon registration (one-time grant)
• Subscription Credits: Allocated at the start of each billing cycle based on your plan
• Pack Credits: Purchased as one-time credit packs (10 credits for $4.99)

6.2 Credit Usage

• Credits are consumed when you generate a design. Each tool costs a different number of credits (1–5 depending on complexity)
• Credit costs per tool are displayed before you start a generation
• Pack credits are consumed after subscription credits are depleted

6.3 Credit Expiration and Rollover

• Subscription credits do not roll over — unused credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
• Pack credits do not expire — they remain in your account until used or your account is deleted

6.4 Credit Refunds

• If a generation fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your balance
• Unused pack credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase (see Refund Policy)
• Subscription credits are non-refundable after use

7. User Content

7.1 Your Uploads

You retain full ownership of all photos and images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating designs as requested by you.

7.2 AI-Generated Content

You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use AI-generated designs for personal or commercial purposes, including:

• Personal use (home renovation planning, inspiration)
• Commercial use (client presentations, marketing materials)
• Social media sharing

You may not resell AI-generated content as a standalone AI design service or claim the AI output as human-created original work.

7.3 Shared Content

If you share a generation via our public sharing feature, you grant EasyInterior a license to display that design in our public gallery, marketing materials, and social media. You can revoke this by making the generation private or deleting it.

7.4 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload all content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, harmful, or obscene content (including CSAM, hate speech, or violent imagery)
• Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, mass-generate, or abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a competing AI design service
• Circumvent usage limits, credit restrictions, or security measures
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by EasyInterior and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without prior written consent.

"EasyInterior", our logo, and other marks are trademarks of EasyInterior Co. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

• Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms — payment processing
• Supabase Terms — authentication and data storage
• Google Terms — if you use Google OAuth sign-in

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

• AI-generated designs will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular use
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• AI-generated designs are structurally sound or suitable for construction decisions — always consult a qualified professional before making renovation decisions

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYINTERIOR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any AI-generated content or design output
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party conduct or content
• Any bugs, errors, or interruptions in the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyInterior and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content you upload or share
• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Your account is used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities
• We are required to do so by law or legal process
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months (Free plan)

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7 (User Content), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law) survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Send an email notification to registered users
• Display a notice on our website for at least 30 days

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyInterior.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemic, third-party service outages, etc.).
