Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with EasyInterior. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — no questions asked.

Since Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, all refund requests are processed through Paddle.

2. Refund Eligibility

3. Non-Refundable

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Credits that have already been used for generations
  • Purchases older than 14 days
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial billing periods after voluntary cancellation (your plan stays active until the end of the period)

4. How to Request a Refund

Option 1: Paddle Support (Fastest)

  1. Go to paddle.net
  2. Enter the email address you used for the purchase
  3. Find and select the transaction
  4. Click "Request Refund"

Option 2: Contact Us

Email support@easyinterior.co with:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID (from your Paddle receipt email)
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your request within 2 business days.

5. Refund Timeline

You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund is processed.

6. Failed Generations

If an AI generation fails due to a system error, your credits are automatically refunded to your account balance. No action is needed on your part — you will receive a notification when credits are restored.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  2. Or contact Paddle Support
  3. Or email us at support@easyinterior.co

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all features until then. No partial refunds are issued for early cancellation outside the 14-day guarantee window.

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us or Paddle:

  • This may result in your account being suspended during the investigation
  • Chargebacks incur additional fees that we may be unable to absorb
  • Please contact us first — we are happy to resolve any billing issues quickly and fairly
